Every reasonable effort is made to assure your complete satisfaction.
All merchandise is guaranteed against manufacturing defects in accordance with our mills’ policies. All defective items are returnable for exchange within 30 days of purchase after receipt and evaluation of a representative sample from our customer. We will pay return freight charges on defective and/or incorrectly filled orders.
Product from stock that is returned for other reasons must be shipped back in original condition with a copy of our packing slip and may be exchanged or credited less a restocking charge. Custom items are not returnable.

913-383-1340 for a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to sending us a sample of the item for evaluation.
